This project involved the creation of a postal communication campaign aimed at Citroen customers to promote the Teleservices feature.
Teleservices is an interactive service that helps Citroen drivers stay on top of maintenance schedules and receive timely alerts for any necessary vehicle interventions, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Our studio was responsible for developing the graphic design and layouts for all communication materials, which included an envelope, a personalized letter, and a leaflet.
The design was crafted to align with Citroen's branding, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and a consistent visual language that effectively conveyed the value of the Teleservices feature.
